A Week in the Life of Eila

The typical week looks like this:

Monday - play with Lucie, then sometimes visit with Aunt Amber until Papa gets home
Tuesday - walk with Meggan and John, storytime at the library (too bad that just ended for the summer), running errands, every other week Grandma Karen comes to babysit
Wednesday - play with Lucie again
Thursday - walk again to play at the park, then playgroup with friends of all ages (up to 2 yrs.)
Friday - MOPS, lunch with Grandma Kathy and shopping
Saturday - play with Papa!
Sunday - church, lunch and play with Papa some more

Eila is currently transitioning to one nap per day. She rests in the morning, but isn't sleeping and then takes a nice nap right after lunch. She is eating 3 meals a day plus 1-2 snacks. Her bedtime routine consists of changing, cleaning up, nursing, reading a story, brushing teeth, getting buddy and pacifier and closing eyes. On special nights (where she is really dirty), Eila gets a bath, but sometimes she takes a bath during the day, so that she can splash and play as long as desired.
