Shopping & Dancing

We spent a lot of time shopping over the weekend while Aunt Amber and Aunt Nat were in town and Eila got to be quite proficient. She especially liked feeling the textures of the merchandise around her (with Grandma Kathy's help). Whenever possible, Eila also wanted to get up and walk around to do her own shopping - looking through the racks, pulling out shirts or anything else that she could. However, her favorite section seemed to be lingerie. This may be because she could easily carry several items at once and many of the lingerie articles are shiny or lacy, which attract her attention.

H & M was Eila's favorite stop of the weekend. They played great dancing music at H & M and have a large lingerie section right next to the fitting rooms (another of Eila's favorite spots with doors and mirrors and room to run and hide). She danced and danced and hid among the clothes and shopped for lingerie all at once. The staff was very impressed with her moves, and some shoppers even joined her for a dance or two.
